Cancellation & refund policy
Short version: our products are digital or delivered live, so purchases are not refundable, with one exception. IGNITE sprints can be cancelled for a full refund any time before your first session. Please read the detail below before you buy, and if anything is unclear, ask us first.
No refunds. A Playbook is delivered instantly and in full the moment payment clears, so it cannot be returned. Please choose your titles carefully before paying. If a file fails to download, arrives corrupted or never reaches you, tell us and we will resend it, and if we genuinely cannot deliver it we will refund that title in full.
No refunds. Seats are limited and reserving one takes it off the table for someone else, so a UNLEARN seat is non-refundable once booked, including if you cannot attend on the day. If we cancel or reschedule a workshop, you will be moved to a later cohort or refunded in full, your choice.
Full refund before your first session. No refund after it. Cancel any time before session one begins and you get everything back. Once your first session has taken place, the sprint is non-refundable, including any sessions you have not yet used.
Rescheduling stays free and unlimited with 12 hours’ notice. A no-show without notice counts as a session used. If your tutor misses a session, it is rescheduled at no cost and never counted against you.
Bring Your Squad: the price depends on a group of four, so the cancellation window applies to the squad as a whole. Once the squad’s first session has run, the sprint is non-refundable for all four.

Where a refund is due under this policy, it goes back to the original Razorpay payment method and typically lands in 5 to 7 working days (your bank may take a little longer). We charge no cancellation fee and we will never make you sit through a retention call to cancel.

Terms of service
What you are buying. Brightside English provides English communication guides, live workshops and one-to-one coaching delivered fully online on Wise, our own class platform. Prices are in INR and inclusive of GST.
Booking & access. Seats and sessions are confirmed on successful payment via Razorpay. Joining details and any digital goods are sent to the email and WhatsApp number you provide, so please enter them correctly.
Honest expectations. We show real proof rather than guarantee outcomes. Results depend on your participation and practice.
Your data. We collect only what we need to deliver your purchase and to contact you about it, and we never sell your data. See our privacy policy for detail.
